StayCorner is a private property-management service that lets tenants and the property owner communicate over WhatsApp.
Your name and mobile number; the messages and photos you send us (maintenance requests, meter readings); rent, utility and payment records for your unit; and verification documents required at onboarding.
Only to run your tenancy — reminders, meter/bill records, maintenance, and legal tenant verification. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We message you via the WhatsApp Business Platform only after you opt in; reply STOP to opt out. The owner's personal number is never shared with you.
We keep data only as long as needed for your tenancy and legal obligations and delete it a reasonable time after you leave. Under India's DPDP Act you may request access, correction, or deletion by messaging the StayCorner number.
